How can I know if a Paypal buyer used a credit card or not? Where do I click, please?
I’m the seller. He paid me with Paypal and I have a fee. I requested that they don’t use their credit cards but pay directly with their PayPal balance instead. I’d like to know which he has done for sure
Thank you

The answer is irrelevant.
To use your Paypal account to sell, you need a Premier level account. Once it’s a premier account *all* funds received are subject to the 2.9% fee, It won’t matter if they pay by cash or charge.
You cannot ask someone to pay you by cash to avoid the fee–one it doesn’t work and two, if Paypal realizes that you are trying that (or even charging extra to use a credit card), you will find your Paypal account frozen while Paypal tries to figure out how much you owe them in back fees.
