Nigeria and few other countries are not listed in paypal so you wont get bcoz paypal is so strict.we cant miss use but u can apply for credit card from ur bank or use any other alternate digitial curencies such as liberty reserve,alertpay,perfectmoney etc..u can trade forex also with them.here u can find a list forex platforms that most traders use
