I have £397 in my account and this morning it became limited. I don’t intend on verifying it either. I havn’t got a bank account to send it to. Is their any way I could send the money to a friend so they could withdraw it or any way of just spending the money some how?

If your PayPal account is limited, you will not be able to access those funds in any way (no withdrawing, no sending, no spending). If you choose not to verify your PayPal account or complete the steps to remove your limitation, PayPal can legally hold those funds for 180 days. Once 180 days is up and there have been no further issues with those funds, you will be able to withdraw those funds by adding either a bank account or requesting a check that must be mailed to a confirmed address. You’re better off either resolving your limitation which takes like 2 days, or refunding the money back to where you got it from.
