I may work the same as your debit card – but I could be wrong… You need to set the card up as the ‘money transfer’ card on your paypal account. Then it should be easy to transfer payments automatically.
The only thing I think might ‘delay’ the transfer though is if the system needs to confirm the transfer prior to it been in your paypal account – with visa this could take ten working days. Or if it is classed as an e-cheque this can take 10-21 working days.

You can’t, the only way you can do it is 1. By not having your prepaid visa on your paypal account and 2. Sending yourself an invoice for the amount to an email address not registered with paypal. Then you can pay your invoice from your vanilla card. But it has to not be the email address you are registered with thru paypal and your vanilla visa can’t be on your paypal account.
If you are wanting to use it to pay for something on ebay or with any company that lets you pay with paypal… just add your card to your paypal account, it will draw the funds from your vanilla card to pay for whatever you want.
If you want to pay for something you’ve bought (or send someone some money), as long as the card is registered on your PayPal account you don’t need to transfer money from your card to PayPal yourself.
When you make the payment, PayPal will automatically deduct the money from your card and send it to the recipient.
There is no way to directly transfer the money or the balance from your vanilla visa card to any bank or another account you have. This card is only for spending and buying stuff. 80% of the time, it will not work online due to the fact that you dont have your billing address on the card and there’s no way for you to put it on there. I work for vanilla visa, that’s how I know.
