I have tried contacting them through all available means on their website, they simply are not listening to me. Does anyone know of any good way to get the attention of someone at PayPal?

I had a really difficult time when I moved and had to change all of my account info with Paypal. They froze the account.

06:00 AM to 08:00 PM PST on Saturday and Sunday
I finally gave up with the emails beccause they always need the headers and faxed them every single piece of information about me and presto- everything started working again.

That depends upon which country you are in??? Say if you are in UK then visit http://www.paypal.co.uk and then try “contact Us”
