Want to make sure its safe before i buy anything, says its paypal verified and everything but how do i make sure?

if you buy something from this seller
it will give an option to pay by paypal
but before you pay you have to open ” your ” paypal account
with ” your ” password
so its no good for them to say they are paypal verified when their not
