You can’t I tried.
Ok more specifically I was able to get verified with a 100 dollar visa gift card. through paypal.
but after the 100 dollars were up and i over drew on the card i got a fine.

I have both a pre-paid car and paypal account and i believe it’s possible as you can make a transaction from the banck account of your card( usually every pre-paid card uses one bank ) to your Paypal account
Not sure it can be done, but check with PayPal and see if it can be transfered.
