You first have to link your savings account to your paypal account. Go to your paypal account online and go to the page on “manage my account.” You can then link your savings account there so that you can transfer money from your savings.

Many sellers will let you mail a payment to them, just ask. Most will want funds to clear before shipping the winnings.
