I already have 3 credit cards under my name and email. But I just got a brand new one and I want to add to the list. But it says that:
“You have already added the maximum number of credit cards assigned to your account. If you become Verified, you will be allowed to add up to 8 cards in your account.”
How can i be “verified”?

You need to verifiy your bank account or address.
If its bank account, they send two small deposits, and you have to verifiy that amounts.
Get Verified by adding and confirming a bank account.
If you sign onto PayPal and under the main tab “My Account”, It should say under “My Account Overview” your status as verified or unverified. You should be able to click on that word and it will walk you through the verifying process.
