I seen this listing on a few search engines and in a few discussion forums.They claim that paypal says it’s legal and you can receive $1,000’s in your paypal account in weeks .Has anyone ever tried this?

Classic Chain Letter SCAM!
Look I dont know how old you are but this is a very very old thing in a new form. Yes the people who start it will make money, but plenty of people won’t. Stay out it is my advice.
It’s a pyramid scheme. If it works, it only works for the very first people in on it. (top of the pyramid) It depends on the lowest level of the pyramid (newest participants) sending their money UP to the higher level, and convincing even newer members (lower leve) to join in and, in turn, convince even more to participate.
Think of it this way. In order for you to get $1,000 in your account, you’d have to get 1,000 people below you to send you a dollar. Do you even KNOW a thousand people? If you got ALL your friends to get ALL their friends to send you a dollar, would it still come up to one thousand?
Another term for is a “Ponzi scheme,” and as such, it is illegal in the US.
