I’m in the same boat as everyone else, having lost £95, and with not much hope of getting it back. I have contacted Paypal and my credit card company, but I’ve also emailed Watchdog and I was just thinking the more emails they receive, they might investigate. Also, has everybody tried anything else?

yes i emailed watchdog over the weekend and also contacted consumer rights over the phone. they couldnt give me any more advise than try and claim through your credit card as it seems paypal are accepting no liability, and to maybe contact the police, but what the police can do as the company is probably in hong kong ive no idea. i’ll keep u posted if i find out any more. please check out my answers for other peoples responses too. good luck
