Paypal has limited my account access. i can not withdraw, pay o receive money. i have to pass some tests, like SSN, my phone number, and others. one of them is to receive a call from them. HAS ANYONE RECEIVE A CALL FROM PAYPAL EVER TO LIFT the limited account access and to verify my identiy? please i have to know what they ask… since i will not answer the phone.

I recieved payment from eBay two days ago, and i withdrew it to my bank account. for about a day or two the status said “pending” and it even subtracted from fees. Today when i checked, the status changed to “complete” but i cannot find the amount of money in my bank account anywhere. Is the money supposed to automatically appear in my bank account right away?
