From my and other people’s experiences, PayPal® is anti-customer, having identity theft possibly via PayPal® as well as other major financial issues. What other companies that offer the same services are there than using PayPal®?

I use Simple Payment Systems/NAB. They give you free software so you can sell online through your web site. Some of the software has a shopping cart. They walk you through training also for free.
Pay Pal is just plaid old horrible to sellers.
I don’t know of any service that works just like Paypal. Google has a new Google checkout process but I haven’t used it. I’m not a fan of Paypal either.
Identity theft is not something that is automatically a person’s fault. You can be totally careful with all your personal info and still have your identity stolen. For someone to infer it was automatically your fault is mean-spirited and ignorant.
i think that if you were more careful whom you give your info to, you wouldn’t be suffering identity theft. follow paypals simple rules to avoiding being scammed.
Anything connected with paypal is like hitting yourself with a brick so paydotcom is not a good answer either. Sorry I do not know of any good ones but I will keep checking.
