I have an unverified paypal account. Every time I try to buy a domain paypal asks me to enter my credit card number which i dont have. So, I want advice on how to get a domain without having to specifying a credit card number.

You can book a domain through a reseller. Some companies also offer services like Domain Name Portfolio Management. Checkout this http://www.domainconsultant.tel. This is important if you are planning to have five or more Domain(s) in your name.

You only really have 2 options:
Buy from a domain seller who will let you pay by cheque (check if use US spelling), or buy a “pre-paid” or gift credit card.
This is common problem when we are buying a domain name from unverified domain name. so you must verify it or get a help from verifed paypal user.
