I recently added a credit card onto paypal. I havent verified it yet. Does verifying the card put the entire credit card balance into paypal? Does it show the entire balance? If not how do u put money intopaypal?
It wud also be great if some1 cud tell me how to using a prepaid visa card on paypal.

You should not have to transfer anything “to” PayPal (it normally only shows a balance if you sell something). If you buy something, they will automatically take payment from your default payment method or whatever account you have linked to them and select during checkout.
So they do not know what balance you have in any verified account. But if the payment method you use has insufficient funds for payment, they will try one of your alternate payment methods.
Verifying a card just means that you are proving that you are the owner of the card and that it is against a valid account. They have no clue as to your balance.
