Does Paypal Limit How Many Instant Transfers You Can Do?

I bought 4-5 items and used instant transfer instead of CC (so that the seller didnt have to pay fees) does paypal put a restriction on how many instant transfers you do per week/month or something because the last two days it wont let me have that option and I want to buy a few more things!
