Basically, I wanted to purchase some things, and I realize that creating an account through paypal requires you to be 18, therefore, I’m wondering if I pay WITHOUT an account, does it still require the card holder to be 18?

You can pay with your prepaid card. There is NO requirement that you be 18 to use it.
from what i’ve heard, usually ppl MUST B of age, because according 2 certain court tv progs i watched, ppl cannot usually make contracts w/ minors.
