i tried to today and paypal rejected my paypal now my account is limited do i need bank funds in it i dont have a credit card

please clarify what you are asking here so we can help answer. paypal rejected your paypal? If you want to use paypal hooked up to your bank account then yes you need to have funds in your bank account. You can have funds transferred into your paypal account without funds in there but cannot purchase anything. Also the credit card issue should not have anything to do with it. you can use, if you already have a credit card, paypal as a secure way to pay using that credit card
