I was wondering if my Paypal account must be verified to receive money such as payment from things I have sold.
Also, am I allowed to use the money I have on my paypal account to use on purchases on websites like ebay, wtihout using my credit card?

Yes, verifying an account is easy once you sign into PayPal. PayPal requires it, and most people won’t accept accounts that have not been verified.
