Does Ebay Track You Through Paypal, And Does It Affect Suspension?

I was suspended on eBay before and want to open another account. I will still be using the same Paypal account. But ip address and info will be different. Will they catch on?

Im sure. Ebay owns Paypal

I think you have to use the same email for Ebay as the one you use for your paypal acct, so it may not work.
