Paypal should give you a debit card that you can use with the funds from the account. I don’t remember the fees, but I don’t think you want to just send money to a bank account from Paypal. You could send the money to your connected bank account and wire it from there.
Most Prepaid Credit Cards allow you to add funds via Direct Deposit, and will provide you with a routing number and account number to use for that purpose.
You can register that number with Paypal as a bank account and you will be able to transafer funds into your Prepaid Card from Paypal, using the Withdrwal Money Feature.
