During the month of December GE Moneybank had an offer through paypal on their Paypal Plus credit card. I can’t find my copy of the terms and conditions, but I think it went something like this- spend up to $500 before Jan 1, 07 and get 3 months with no payments/no interest; spend more than $500 and get 6 months no payments/no interest. If anyone else took advantage of this offer and still has a copy of the terms I would really appreciate it if you could send them to me or tell me where I can find them on the net. The bank and paypal both say that they do not have record of the offer that they can send me.

No, but if you contact Paypal customer service, they can give you one. They are very helpful and will usually straighten everything out for you.
