I prefer using a credit card.
Paypal. It’s easier, you can also use back-up funds such as a bank account or another credit card. One time, I was scammed on Ebay for almost a $1k and Paypal got me the money back within a matter of 5 days. On some paypal accounts you can also get rewards for using it. You also have detailed records using paypal that aren’t confusing and you can send messages along with each payment if you wanted to.
Paypal is more secured but credit cards are faster. I like using my credit card, but I know everything that goes on it and have an open line of communication with my credit provider.
If you’re using ebay or a similar site frequently its a good idea to either have a Paypal card or a card exclusively dedicated to Paypal and online sales/ purchases. That way you can easily monitor its activities.
I prefer using PayPal. It feels to me, and it’s, secure than creditcard. But if you’re still religious to creditcards, you can pay securely using credit card via PayPal.
Credit Card. Easier and if the seller is a scam artist, the credit card refunds my money.
Paypal. Its more secured way of paying.
