someone is sneding me money through paypal but they still need to send the deposits to the bank so i can confirm my bank. would i still be able to recieve the money?

The money will be in your (cyberspace) PayPal account, but until you actually verify you own a certain bank account (by entering their pennies-value deposits) you cannot convert that into actual cash.
