My mom finally set up a paypal account for me but she doesn’t trust me with money. She says I will spend too much so every month she is going to give me money through her paypal ($50.00-$75.00). Can I use this money to buy stuff without signing a credit card or bank account to my paypal account? Thanks

If she sends you the money from her paypal account to yours, then yes you can use your available balance to buy stuff.
