I just purshased something from Etsy.com & it says PayPal balance: $0.00 USD
is it going to take it out of my bank account or do I have to put money in my paypal?

I set up paypal to take directly from my bank account. This is so that your information (credit cards or bank account) is kept secure from other people. You can also set up paypal to deduct from credit or debit cards. You can get paid through paypal which is probably why it says $0.00 and I’m sure you can probably add money as well. If you’ve done neither of those than it should say $0.00. As long as you have set up paypal to deduct from your bank or credit card, you’ll be fine.
When you go to PayPal and enter the information to pay the seller, it tells you it will be taking the money out of account xyz….
