Do You Have To Have A Confirmed Address To By Things From Ebay With Paypal?

I have a confirmed bank, just not an address apparently. I don’t have a credit card so I don’t think this can happen.

You need a credit card for buying things with PayPal. And in order to recieve an item, you should have a legitimate postal address.
-if you can’t get a paypal account, try personally asking the seller if he/she will accept a money order for the item. It’s worked for me before. Good luck on that

no i just changed my address last month to my current address. I did not have any problems whatsoever.
well if its the gift card, it may be different like a security risk hazard..but thats just a guess.
