I can give you a link that deals with Payapl & Ebay transactions through Paypal. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available athttp://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia…

Generally on E Bay if you are a buyer with a Pay Pal account, the seller foots the fees for using the service. It is however the seller has it set up with Pay Pal. I have used other online buying services and have paid transaction fees for using Pay Pal. Best to check it out with the seller on E Bay before bidding or buying. Best of luck to you.

as a buyer you pay what the item is worth.. including postage and handling…
as a seller.. there’s fees including any use of paypal for the customers you attend to have…. who bid and win.
it’s not much but combined over all it does add up.. but ebay does have many fees.. read all about it in the how to set up accounts with ebay and see what they charge for a seller’s account and of course read up as much as you can for paypal also…http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/question…

this will lead the way… there’s much more for you to read up on… if you wish to sell also.. but this is a good full blown start.

    eBay owns PayPal.
eBay charges a listing fee and a final value fee.
PayPal charges a fee based upon the amount of the purchase but the fee is assessed of the seller, not the buyer.
eBay has strict rules about not permitting a seller to charge an additional fee if the buyer uses PayPal.
So, if you’re just buying, you shouldn’t see any charges from PayPal.
PayPal has a money market account paying pretty good right now. But your idea of funding your PayPal purchases using your debit card is fine, too.
