I am selling a few things on ebay, and the first two transactions were instant and I got the money straight away, but now it says that the payers have paid, but paypal is still processing the money. Now, I don’t want my buyers hanging around for something they have paid for…should I send the items or wait until it has cleared completely? I don’t know if because they have paid it means that they definitely have the funds and they will definitely go in to my account, if that makes sense,
Thanks!

do not send until you have the money in your account
There are some instances where PayPal have received your funds, but withhold them until you receive positive feedback (it has happened to me).
The easy way to check is to log into your Paypal Account, If funds have been processed there will be a marker next to the item on the list, which says post item now. They say that this helps prevent fraudulent transactions. You will not receive the funds into your account until your buyer has left positive feedback, or 21 days have passed without the buyer raising a dispute
If PayPal does not show the transaction as Complete, then do not ship the item. The buyers have probably paid using a PayPal E-Check. They take about 5 – 7 days to clear.
