I am in the Philippines and i need to open a paypal account. I don’t want to have a credit card, is there any other way to open a paypal account without using a credit card?

Either a Credit Card or a Checking Account. Which ever you feel more comfortable giving them access too.
I used a checking account
no you dont need a credit card,,,just your normal debit card will do,,just fill in the details of your branch no,,and your account no,,,,,you dont need a credit card,,,,,,,,,,
