I recently got money added to my Paypal account from a survey I did. I do not wish to take it out as I really don’t need the little cash. I was wondering if I could use it to pay for things online say ebay or online store and not need a creditcard or bank account?
I do have Credit card info on there, but the card is over charged and I am not using it at the moment. But the money is on my account.

yes you can use whats in your paypal account to pay for something on eBay providing you have enough in the account if not
paypal will then do withdraw for the reminding balance
like lets say you have $25.00 in your paypal account and you find
something for say $20.00 you will just use the 20.00 to pay for the item
now lets say you have $25.00 in your paypal account and you buy something for $30.00 paypal will first take the $25.00 from your paypal account and then do a instant withdraw of $5.00 from the primary funding account..
even you have no money in that account
you can use the money in your acct as long as you don’t go over
