you have to have your paypal account and its safe to use a bank account to verified your account
and once that done
you should be able to use a gift card just as long as you have register your name and address
with the gift card issuer
It has to be a bank account, but if you’re not over your sending limit, which in most cases is $500 you should be able to use it.
