ahh i would not suggest transferring money from your bank account to someone internationally. the best bet is to use paypal trust it i also use it on ebay. It is safe you will not have to worry. You will be charged a small fee but it is a small price to pay to keep your mind at ease from scams.
It’s up to whoever you’re buying from. Paypal is fine internationally, but you can also use a credit card if the seller accepts credit cards — phone or fax him the card number, etc. or you can send an international money order . . . or if you’re brave, even cash!
Depends on the sellers requirements. Some only accept paypal others accept other methods. You should find these things out before bidding/buying. It’s usually spelled out in the listing.
You can use whatever means the seller will accept to pay for the item, personal check, bank check, paypal, postal money order, western union, etc. PayPal is convenient and secure, why would you not use it? You can send money to anyone who has an email address using PayPal.
