Most people have their local bank account attached to the PP account. So, when you want to transfer money from PP to your local bank — click on withdraw, and select the method, which is transfer to my bank account, then place the amount you want to send over, and click send. It normally takes 2-3 days to show up in your bank account, but it will be there.
Yes and No. If you add a bank account and withdraw the funds to it, there is no fee unless you live in a few select countries (the US is not one that charges). If you withdraw the money via a paper check which would be mailed to your confirmed shipping address, it costs $1.50. If you request a PayPal Debit Card first, you can withdraw up to $400 daily from any US ATM machine for a $1.00 fee, or you can use it as a MasterCard anywhere MasterCard is accepted for no fee up to $2000 daily.
