If the seller only accepts paypal then you will have to have a paypal account in order to send the money, you can use your visa card as your source of payment funds.
No, you can still pay via Paypal. Just ask the seller to send you an invoice to your email. When you reply to the invoice it will have a way for you to enter your credit card info to pay him to his Paypal account.
You have to have a Paypal account for that method. They may have some other method to process credit cards. You might want to ask the seller if that’s possible. Or just open a Paypal account.
