i just added enough money to buy a few shirts but it hasn’t showed up in my paypal balance yet. do i have to wait 3-5 days (like it says) or can i buy already?

No you do not need to wait until the money arrives. If you make a payment without any money in your PP balance it will transfer the funds from your bank or CC, whichever you choose. If you have a balance on your PP acct it will use that money first and then use money from your bank/CC.
So if you have a $75 balance on the PP acct and you buy a $100 item, it will automatically use the $75 from your balance then take $25 from your bank or CC.
Keep your credit or debit card on file with them (dont worry its safe) and than you will be able buy anytime you like.
depends on the account you have. if your credit card is attached to pay pal you can buy now.
You have to wait 3 – 5 days. You can’t buy it yet.
