Can’t I Add A Bank Account Number In My Paypal Personal Account If I Dont Have A Bank Account In The Us?

I have a Paypal personal account.I live outside the United States and I dont have a bank account there.But I have a bank account outside the US.Can’t I add it to my Paypal personal account to send and receive money?

I ‘think’ Paypal is international, so I don’t see why you couldn’t. I know you can buy things internationally using Paypal.

Yes. I just talked to Paypal last week. I wanted to know why they need my credit card information to apply for a paypal debit card. They stated that the only reason that they need this information is to verify that all addresses are the same. Meaning that the address that you gave them must match the address that is attached to the credit card information that you give them. Otherwise, your credit card is not used for anything else without your consent.
So it does not matter where you live as long as all addresses you provide to them match up.
