I dont have a credit card, I only have a simple bank account.
Can I still use paypal?

You can use PayPal to send money or to receive money. To start sending money, you have to have a “source of fund”, hence a credit card or a bank account.. If you dont have a credit card, you may use your bank account but the payment process will take a little longer. When you use a credit card to make a payment, the recipient will be able to get the payment right away, vs. bank account which takes 3 or even up to 5 business days.
I think you can use Debit Card.
Are you in Malaysia? Try NextG from Ambank, it is a kind of Debit Card. You just need to goto 711 to buy NextG card, about RM25 I think, then register with Ambank.
Afterthat you can put in money to the Card and link it with PAYPAL.
