Hi i get these for my birthdays and stuff and i want to buy something on ebay but when i type in the stuff for adding a credit card on paypal it says the bank wont allow it does anyone know how it will work and if it will please tell me step by step. ThankYou very much.

if it has a visa/master card logo it should be ok. Make sure you are entering the correct information. If it still does not work you can try to find a seller that has the ability to accept credit cards directly (usually a store not an individual) and let them charge it since it’s a gift card you have no worries of them screwing up your bank account or real credit card.
Linking a bank issued gift card (like visa or mastercard) to paypal is not assured. Your chances are 50/50. It all depends on whether paypal requires you to go through their extended verification process, which you cannot do with a bank issued gift card.
