Can You Send Money To A Paypal Account Via Different Online Service?

Trying to send payment to someone using paypal, but ran into the send limit. I cannot hook up the company bank account and only want to use the company credit card. Is there another way to get payment to this guy on paypal other than using paypal’s service?
