I’m starting an online store and I had to start a Paypal account, something I’ve obviously never done before. It says I should provide my bank account information for whatever reason. But the thing is, I’m moving in a couple of weeks and I have to close my bank account because my current bank doesn’t operate in the state I’m moving to. So is it possible to receive money on my Paypal account without providing my bank information?

From what I understand, paypal needs an account to transfer your business’s money into, just like when I purchase with paypal it gives me the option of having the money transferred out of a bank account or credit card account.
yes, adding the bank account is just so you can add or remove your personal funds to and from your paypal account.
