Are you talking about using one paypal account to pay for the item itself and another paypal account for the shipping?
If so, I doubt that because the prices are calculated into the cost..
But honestly, I think it’s up the seller if they want to take the hassle in doing it. This is all something you would have to negotiate with the seller and see if they would be willing to work something out.
