Can you get in trouble for requesting money from people on paypal?
My friend was said he was gonna give me some cash, via paypal to help me out with something. I just wanna know if he wanted to could he get me in trouble for billing him on paypal? Cause I havn’t been able to get in touch with himf or awhile and I figure if I just send him a bill he’ll see it and be like oh yeah.

Read the terms at Pay Pal…. that’s your best bet….

Just do the Request Money page on paypal. i’ve done it a bunch of times.
