To be more spacific under 13 if you have a bank account and

I am 17, and have a bank account with Bank Of America. They never asked me for my birthday, and my paypal account is set up, and I have purchased many items online with out any problems (including Ebay)

1. I don’t recall having to give my birthdate when signing up for my account.
2. You may need a credit card to send secure payments. But you may be able to get around that if you have money in your paypal account (you can transfer money from your bank account to your paypal account).

i never hooked up my bank account on paypal because its risky, so i get prepaid visa debit card at wawa or cvs and then put that on it , but yeah you can use your bank account for paypal and when you buy something it takes money out straight from your bank balance and when you get money it adds it. when you sign up lie about your age and say you are over 18. they don t do back round checks to see
