I canceled a account linked to skype, re linked a new email which is linked to a paypal account i currently have a band account with in another country., and all i see is this:
Your Skype account is not linked to a PayPal account.
A Skype account will become linked to a PayPal account if it has successfully received money from a Skype contact.
How does a skype contact put money into paypal is what i am scratching my head over here?

I believe you can only send money to – other – contacts to their PayPal account, and they can send money to you. But, you can’t send it to your own account, if that’s what you are asking.
To send PayPal money to another contact (or they to you), you or they do as follows:
- Select Skype–> Tools–> Send Money
- Select the Country and language of the contact recipient, then click “Get Started”
- Select the Contact to send money to.
- Enter the amount of money to send and which currency to send.
Or,
- Right-click on any Contact in your contacts list.
- Click on “Send Money”
- follow the prompts.
