I have an unverified account and was wondering if someone sends me money, can they take that money back after they get what they want? (something I am selling.)
If that can happen, can I avoid this by sending the money to a paypal account that is already verified?

If they receive your item and there is a problem they can open up a dispute with paypal to try to get their money back.
