		<description>Paypal will not automatically debit your resources without telling you. There is only one exception to that and it applies to accounts located outside the US. Paypal can send you to collections if needed. Collections does hurt credit scores. I would take the information you have and make a case against the buyer. If you have proof that your purchased the tickets, sent the tickets, and possibly that the tickets were redeemed you may have a case.</description>
