I received $425 dollars in my PayPal account and I was wondering if I was able to withdraw that money through my bank instead of just using that money to buy stuff in the internet.

Of course, use paypal.com to do the transfer
Yes, you can have it transfered to your bank account that’s linked to your PayPal account. Go to your profile, click on the tab that says “Withdraw” and follow the instructions.
Warning — it takes up to 5 days for it to be transferred, so don’t start spending it until PayPal sends you notice that it’s completed the transaction.
It’s a LOT faster to spend it out of PayPal OR request that PayPal send you a PayPal Debit Card.
