What is the likelihood that paypal will find out that I’m underage and cancel my account? I just want to buy things online that require paypal and I want to use my own money from my bank account.
Also if I cancel my paypal account, can I reopen it with another email address but with the same bank account?

It is a crap shoot
Some kids sign up with a fake birthday and never have an issue
But, if they do find out, they can freeze the funds that are in the PayPal account.
