Can I Use My Paypal Plus Credit Card As My Default Paypal Credit Card To Enable Me To Sell On Ebay?

Can I add my Paypal Plus credit card to my Paypal account as my default credit card to allow me to sell on eBay because I know you have to have a credit card for I guess a backup source to pay for your eBay seller fees so can I use the Paypal Plus card as that source?
